Welcome—I’m Robert Hazzard Jr.
I’m a Chicago-born and raised father, mentor, and podcast host with a passion for meaningful conversations that challenge perspective and inspire growth.
I believe how we show up—in business, relationships, and life—matters. Through honest dialogue, reflection, and a little humor.

Meaningful conversations with legal minds shape how I approach leadership and clarity.

Serving on the board at Chicago Innovation and being active in our Cohorts has allowed me to give back.

I thrive when I have the opportunity to share my wisdom and insights with others.

Thoughtful insights on leadership, purpose, and growth—delivered occasionally, not constantly.
Mentorship isn’t an add-on to my work—it’s a responsibility.
Through programs like Greenwood Gents and Just Me and the G.U.Y.S., I invest in young men by teaching character, confidence, communication, and leadership. The goal is simple: help them become grounded, respectful, and secure in who they are—early.
I’m someone who enjoys connecting people—simple as that. I pay attention, listen well, and often see how one conversation can lead to something meaningful. I don’t connect people for credit or gain; I do it because relationships matter, and when people are aligned, progress happens naturally.

Is a podcast about growth, blindspots, leadership, and purpose—told through honest conversations rather than polished soundbites.
Each episode explores how perspective shapes decisions in business and life, and what it really takes to grow with intention.
